Mohamed I Ali, M.D., F.C.C.P.
Dr. Ali established Pasadena Center for Asthma and Lung Disorders in January of 2009. Dr. Ali is Mayo trained as well as being recognized, as Mayo Clinic’s “Best Academic Clinician” for 2005 and former Chief Resident at New York Methodist Hospital he completed his Critical Care Fellowship at Mayo Clinic as well as a Pulmonary Fellowship at Brooklyn Hospital Center. He has been published numerous times. Dr. Ali’s skills, expertise and personable manner ensure his patients of not only state-of-the-art technology and methods, but also a warm, friendly environment in which they will be treated like family.
Dr. Ali is Boarded Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine. He possesses a long list of medical certifications along with professional organization memberships, specializing in asthma and pulmonary disease, including sleep medicine.
Paul F Foti, M.D., F.C.C.P.
Dr. Foti is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and Pulmonary Disease. He has been in the Pinellas County Medical Community for 15+ years, and is well respected amongst his peers.
With the addition of Dr. Foti to our practice in 2012, we look forward to being able to reach a broader range of patients in the Pinellas County area.

Scott Tholl, CPCS - Practice Administrator
Scott's Background is in Medical Billing and Coding with an emphasis on compliant billing practices. He started with the practice as the Billing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, and was promoted to Practice Administrator in 2011.
Scott is responsible for the day to day operation of the practice, as well as the implementation of policy & procedures that are followed by all of our staff.
Scott works diligently to make sure that not only our patients receive the best care and service possible, but that all of out vendors and Contracted agencies are treated with the utmost professionalism.
